Shout-Box is Disabled

Update: The Shout-Box is currently disabled in an effort to reduce the load on the server as the host has highlighted an unusual amount of CPU load from TFC.  I'm monitoring this with a view to put it back on  :typing:

Announcement: Managed to reduce the server and cpu load sufficiently but that was at the expense of script intensive modules being removed altogether.  The layout of TFC is not final and will be under adjustment during this interim period.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Update:  Shout-Box is now automatically refreshing at every 5 seconds :)

I've noticed the homepage loads a lot quicker without the Shout Box.  :reading:
