Forum Etiquette
Mutual Respect - The Bulletin Board Forum was created for collectors by collectors. Please remain respectful in times when you share a different opinion with other members; and when engaging in any verbal debates.  Common sense applies at all times.  No name-calling, malicious, offensive or personal attacks.  Keep the spirit of sharing and friendliness going and If you feel a discussion is getting out of hand contact the forum administrator or a moderator, by using the report button, in order to resolve the issue.  Feel free to approach the Admin and Moderators at anytime.

Flaming - Here flaming is defined as directing negative or insulting comments toward someone (including use of signatures). Never resort to personal insults and please avoid sarcastic and patronising language.  An equally or more negative response is often a consequence, further resulting in a cycling exchange of insults.  Flaming will not be tolerated.

Warnings, User Locking, Banning - It is hoped that none of these will ever be used in TFC.  However, if the Forum Team feels that a member's forum behavior is unacceptable and warrants intervention, a private warning will be issued. Warnings will not be discussed.  If it goes on unheeded, further action will be taken. This includes locking the offending user account, to deletion or banning of the user. Action is generally on a case by case basis.


Welcome New Members
When new members arrive, welcome them to our community. Help them learn about how to find information and resources, so they will get involved in the community much faster and easier.


Stay on Topic
Avoid posting messages that are out of context or irrelevant to a topic. While we encourage your participation, such posts will either be moved to another forum or deleted in order to ensure a thread's consistency. If you do want to write a post that is too off topic you can always start a new thread.


Shout-Box
A useful feature for Members to interact.  Gathering is scheduled @ 9.00pm (UTC + 8 hours) daily.


Contribute to the Fan Club
While we cannot guarantee you the job, all Members are welcome to take up additional role(s) to contribute to TFC in:
- Club Management (moderator)
- Media Design (graphic artist)
- PR Effort (publicity/advertisement)
- Membership Drive (recruit members)
- Content (regular postings)
- Others

Signature Guidelines
All signatures should not exceed 350 characters. Image height should not exceed 300 pixels.  Please do not use signatures that are excessively large/distracting to others.  Please note: graphics and/or hyper links to commercial and/or business-related websites in signatures is not allowed.


Commercial Interest
Commercial/Business Entities (including Individuals) should not solicit sales in any manner/form as provided by means of engaging Members from TFC.  To avoid any potential conflict of interests, this group/person should register their/his intention to participate in a non-selling capacity to the Administrator.


Advertising in Forum
Non-commercial advertising is only allowed with approval from the Administrator. Self-promotion and advertising in the forum is considered spamming and will be removed without prior notice.
